To function, the extension reads the content of the currently open recipe page (such as ingredients and cooking steps) in order to generate a clean recipe summary. This processing happens locally in your browser.
If you choose to save recipes or preferences, this information is stored locally on your device using Chrome’s storage. The data never leaves your browser and is not synced to any external servers.
